As we continue to scale our impact, we are expanding our Enterprise Sales team and looking for a highly driven Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales to spearhead strategic growth across priority accounts.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager in Enterprise Sales, you will own revenue growth for Setus suite of financial infrastructure products. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and deeply understanding customer needs to crafting tailored solutions, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and closing high-value deals.
This role requires a consultative selling mindset, strong business acumen, the ability to work cross-functionally, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You will be the face of Setu for some of our most important clients, enabling them to build innovative digital financial experiences while unlocking long-term strategic value for both sides.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Hunting & Account Ownership Identify, prioritize, and acquire high-potential enterprise, fintech, banking, and NBFC clients.
- Develop penetration strategies for new segments and emerging opportunities aligned with Setus product roadmap.
- Consultative & Solution-Oriented Selling Conduct deep discovery to understand client objectives, pain points, and user journeys.
- Translate customer needs into high-value solutions using Setus API offerings across payments, lending, data, identity, and more.
- Build compelling business cases and ROI models for enterprise decision-makers.
- Sales Cycle Leadership Manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders - product, technology, risk, compliance, and procurement.
- Lead negotiations, structure commercial terms, and ensure seamless handover to implementation teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success to shape customer-centric solutions.
- Provide market-level intelligence, customer insights, and feedback that inform product enhancements and new offerings.
Revenue Growth & Forecasting
- Own a revenue quota and deliver predictable forecasting.
- Build account plans that drive long-term client value, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
What You Bring
- 6 to 12 years of enterprise or solution sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven success selling to banks, NBFCs, payment providers, fintechs, or large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of API-based products, digital financial workflows, and the broader BFSI landscape.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build trusted relationships across CXO, product, tech, and business teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- High ownership, resilience, and comfort with rapid experimentation.
