Role Overview:

As a Product Marketing Manager at Setu, you'll bridge product development and market success.

Your mission is to understand our products deeply, craft compelling messaging, drive go-to-market strategies, and build thought leadership that strengthens Setus presence in the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Mastery: Understand product features, benefits, differentiators, and market fit.

- Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and regulatory landscape mapping.

- Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for all products across the sales funnel.

- Go-to-Market Execution: Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.

- Lead Generation & Funnel Movement: Drive product-led growth and funnel progression from 01.

- Thought Leadership & Awareness: Collaborate with D91 Labs and marketing to create content, campaigns, webinars, and initiatives that position Setu as a fintech thought leader.

- Regulatory & Partner Engagement: Build relationships with regulatory bodies and key partners to amplify awareness and credibility.

- Social Proof Creation: Develop case studies, success stories, and references to validate product value.

- Cross-Functional Influence: Act as the product voice across teams, ensuring alignment and impact.

Ideal Candidate:

- 1-2 years of product marketing experience, preferably in fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth startups.

- Strong understanding of AI-first product strategies.

- Excellent storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to engage cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
