What Youll Do:
- Own and grow Setus social media presence content calendar, creative direction, engagement, growth hacks.
- Craft & execute brand campaigns; shape positioning, messaging, creative, media mix.
- Partner with Product Marketing for new launches: go-to-market, launch creatives, materials.
- Thought leadership: working with D91 content team on blogs, whitepapers, webinars, podcasts.
- Content creation: collaborating with writers, designers, video producers.
- Multi-format work.
- Manage media channels like webinars, video, events, online/offline content.
- Track & measure campaign / brand metrics.
- Learn fast, iterate, improve.
What We Want From You:
- 2-4 years in brand / marketing / communications roles (preferably tech / fintech / high-growth).
- Strong storytelling instincts + creative flair.
- Versatility: long & short form content, video, events.
- Collaborative: youll work across product, marketing, content, creative teams.
- Analytical mindset: metrics, feedback loops, continuous improvement.
- Comfortable with ambiguity & ownership.
- Youll define many processes.
