Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Team Leadership & Development:

Client Relationship Management:

Market Analysis & Product Knowledge:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services and be able to articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams to inform future offerings.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment of strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution is required.
Experience: 4-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with a significant portion in a sales management or senior sales role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Industry Experience: Experience in Customer Service or related fields
