Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.

- The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have 4-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets, developing successful sales strategies, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to expand market share.

- Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team (if applicable, specify if this role involves direct reports).

- Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

- Foster a collaborative and high-energy sales environment.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Act as a key point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

Forecasting & Reporting:

- Monitor sales pipeline and adjust strategies as needed to ensure consistent progress.

- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance.

Market Analysis & Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services and be able to articulate their value proposition to potential clients.

- Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams to inform future offerings.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment of strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution is required.

Experience: 4-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with a significant portion in a sales management or senior sales role.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.

- Industry Experience: Experience in Customer Service or related fields
