Key Responsibilities:

- Champion data-backed decision-making to fuel business scalability and customer acquisition.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

- Partner closely with senior leadership, sales, product, and operations to ensure unified brand messaging and cross-functional synergy.

Brand Development & Positioning:

- Safeguard brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

- Develop and refine brand positioning strategies to enhance Dental karts visibility and market differentiation.

- Leverage industry insights to recalibrate brand initiatives and stay ahead of evolving trends.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

- Oversee SEO, SEM, paid media, email automation, content marketing, and social media initiatives to maximize digital reach.

- Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize for ROI.

- Implement a robust measurement framework for continuous improvement.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

- Drive ongoing market research to identify customer expectations, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.

- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and growth opportunities.

Budget Ownership:

- Manage the end-to-end marketing budget with a disciplined approach to cost allocation and ROI optimization.

- Track expenditures, evaluate performance, and recalibrate investment strategies to ensure fiscal alignment.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management:

- Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support commercial objectives.

- Drive alignment on go-to-market plans, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.

Content Strategy & Governance:

- Lead the content strategy roadmap, ensuring delivery of high-quality, customer-centric content across channels.

- Guide content development for websites, blogs, emailers, social assets, and marketing collateral to enhance engagement and brand recall.
