The Channel Sales Leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic management of distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

The role requires hands-on experience in channel development, relationship management, and sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with distributors, dealers, and other channel partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize channel performance.

- Set clear sales targets for partners and track their performance regularly.

- Provide training and support to partners to enhance their sales effectiveness.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for channel-specific campaigns and initiatives.

- Analyze sales metrics and develop action plans to achieve continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on channel or distributor management.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel within the territory as required
