Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Tech Lead, you will serve as the primary technical authority for enterprise-grade platform implementations. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical architecture, guiding cross-functional teams through complex platform modernization initiatives. Your day-to-day involves architecting robust solutions, integrating Artificial Intelligence capabilities into workflows, and overseeing the development of high-performance Native Apps. By ensuring the platform remains scalable and secure, you will directly influence the operational efficiency and digital maturity of our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with enterprise business objectives and platform modernization roadmaps.

- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning features within the ServiceNow ecosystem to automate complex business processes and improve user outcomes.

- Oversee the development and deployment of Native Apps, ensuring high code quality, performance, and seamless user experience across the organization.

- Mentor junior developers and technical consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best-practice adherence within the delivery team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract business requirements into actionable technical specifications and scalable platform configurations.

- Conduct regular code reviews and technical audits to ensure the stability, security, and maintainability of the ServiceNow environment.

- Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies to accelerate project delivery timelines without compromising on quality.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 8 to 15 years of extensive experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across diverse enterprise environments.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in platform modernization, with a proven track record of migrating legacy processes to modern, cloud-native ServiceNow workflows.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in developing Native Apps and leveraging ServiceNow APIs to create custom, high-impact business applications.

- Apply advanced knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and predictive intelligence modules to solve real-world business problems.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both executive stakeholders and technical team members, ensuring alignment across all project phases.

- Adapt seamlessly to remote and distributed work environments, maintaining high productivity and collaborative synergy across multiple locations.

- Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant ServiceNow certifications.

- Showcase exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering robust, scalable, and future-proof technical architectures.
