Job Type: Full Time / Contract

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, transformation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.

Key Requirements:

- 9-13 years of overall IT experience

- 5+ years of ServiceNow Project Management experience

- Experience managing global ServiceNow implementation projects

- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models

- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource planning, RAID management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting

- Experience coordinating Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, QA, and Platform Administrators

- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, App Engine, CMDB, and Discovery

- Experience with offshore and distributed delivery teams
