Job Title : ServiceNow Practice Leader (Customer-Facing / Pre-Sales / Practice Builder)


Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial ServiceNow Practice Leader to build, scale, and lead our ServiceNow consulting practice. This role requires a highly customer-facing leader with deep pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery oversight experience.


The ideal candidate has successfully built a ServiceNow practice from the ground up, driven revenue growth, led client engagements, and positioned strategic ServiceNow solutions across enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Build & Growth:


- Build and scale the ServiceNow practice including go-to-market strategy, offerings, and capability development.

- Define service portfolios across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom workflows.

- Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.

- Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and practice P&L ownership.

Client Engagement & Executive Advisory:


- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders.

- Lead executive workshops and discovery sessions.

- Translate business challenges into strategic ServiceNow roadmaps.

- Maintain 100% customer-facing leadership presence across strategic accounts.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning:


- Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and large transformation deals.


- Design scalable, multi-module ServiceNow architectures.


- Conduct demos, PoCs, and value-based selling engagements.


- Partner with sales teams to close enterprise deals.


- Estimate project scope, delivery models, and resource planning.

Delivery Governance & Oversight:

- Provide architectural oversight across implementations.

- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.

- Oversee quality assurance, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction.

- Mentor architects and senior consultants.

Strategic Partnership Management:

- Strengthen alliance with ServiceNow.

- Align with ServiceNow account teams and regional leadership.

- Participate in joint go-to-market initiatives.

- Stay aligned with platform roadmap and innovation releases.
