About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Service Relationship Manager to join our Lucknow team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client servicing, documentation, and handling transactions related to a wide range of investment products, including Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, Alternate Investments, and Unlisted Securities.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Manage end-to-end client servicing, ensuring a smooth onboarding and post-sales experience

- Handle KYC, documentation, and compliance requirements for all investment transactions

- Coordinate and execute client-specific service transactions across mutual funds, bonds, PMS, and alternate investments

- Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner

- Liaise with operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure client service excellence

- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and transaction histories

- Support Relationship Managers in deepening existing relationships through consistent service delivery


- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal audit guidelines in all client-facing processes

- Handle servicing requirements related to unlisted and complex investment products efficiently

- Contribute to a seamless client experience by proactively identifying and resolving potential service bottlenecks

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of financial products: Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, Alternate Investments, Unlisted Securities

- Solid knowledge of KYC, compliance, and client documentation processes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in handling client transactions and service requests

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Client-centric mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery

- Familiarity with CRM tools and wealth management platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- AMFI/NISM certifications preferred

- Prior experience with Wealth Management firms, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions
