Your role: As the Service Product Manager, your key responsibilities will be to: - Build service product vision (short to long term), convert that into concrete business strategy, translating into execution and business traction (KPIs) - Continuously drive market research, validation sprints, competitor analysis and attend industry events to identify target customer cluster(s), pain points and opportunities - Own and manage the product roadmap, business case, operating model, NPD, positioning (based on customer persona), pricing, and GTM goals for the mobility service product - Work closely with the Venture head, Digital product lead and Ops lead in orchestrating the service product's design, build and go-to-market - Continuously liaison for overall service product management and be an expert (SME) for other business functions - commercial, engineering, service, digital product mgmt., process experts, business partners, finance and legal - Ability to empower team members and create an inclusive team environment, showing concern for success and well-being. - Work with physical design agencies to optimize toolkit, service design, vehicle design keeping economics in check Key skills required: - 11+ years of proven experience as a product manager or related role from automotive sector or similar role from an omni-channel business with both physical and digital workflows - End to end ownership: Strong program management, project management and cross-group collaboration skills. - Proven capabilities of exemplary impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships - Loves to work in a very rapid-paced environment where agility and timely execution is key - Must have a customer-first flexible mind-set, strong business and commercial thinking - Self-starter and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the work done or to go the extra mile - Strong and positive personal work ethic, that fits a startup environment - Ability to communicate goals clearly to key stakeholders and motivate them to execute on time and at a high quality - Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, technical limitations, performance and operational Education Qualifications: - MBA from a tier-1 business school is preferred - Undergraduate degree in automotive engineering (preferred) or a related discipline from a reputed institute - Hands-on: Ex-entrepreneurs OR intrapreneurs are ideal candidates
