Service Manager - Tower Cranes & Passenger Hoists

Position: Service Manager - Tower Cranes & Passenger Hoists.

Industry: Construction.

Experience: 8-10 Years.

Job Location: Hyderabad & Mumbai.

Travel: Frequent travel within the country required.

Job Role:

- Manage service, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities for Tower Cranes and Passenger Hoists.

- Lead service engineers/technicians and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns and technical issues.

- Conduct regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of tower cranes and passenger hoists.

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational problems and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.

- Ensure equipment is maintained as per safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with customers, site teams, and technicians for service requirements and breakdown support.

- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment performance updates.

- Travel to project sites across the country for inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support.

- Ensure high equipment availability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in equipment service, maintenance, or after-sales support.

- Strong experience with Tower Cranes and Passenger Hoists is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and operational troubleshooting of heavy construction equipment.

- Experience managing service engineers, technicians, and field service teams.

- Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

- Knowledge of equipment safety standards, statutory requirements, and manufacturer maintenance guidelines.
