Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing queries and ensuring prompt resolution of service requests.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver seamless post-sales support.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new clients including documentation, KYC, and regulatory requirements in accordance with UAE Central Bank and DFSA standards.
- Monitor and ensure timely processing of transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, fund switches, and transfers.
- Oversee portfolio reports, statements, and client communications ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle escalations and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and service efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of wealth products including mutual funds, structured products, bonds, insurance-linked investments, and discretionary portfolios.
- Support Relationship Managers in client retention and cross-selling initiatives by delivering proactive service insights.
- Track client feedback and work with management to improve service standards and digital enablement.
- Ensure all service activities adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
