Service Delivery Lead - Finance - Shared Services - CA/ICWA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- This role is based out at Global Shared Services Center (GSS) is a multi-functional strategic service center that delivers world class business support services to organization and its consolidated subsidiaries.

- The Service Delivery Lead for Finance Operations will oversee the finance and accounting team, including transaction and analysis areas of AP, AR/Revenue, Collections, GL/Capex, Treasury, Inventory accounting, FP&A, Reporting and Tax for the Shared Services Center.

- In addition to managing the team, the position is responsible for improving processes; ensuring maintaining service level and meeting all KPI's.

- The ideal candidate fosters a strong team environment and develops staff with a continuous improvement mindset.

The Service Delivery Lead for Finance Operations will have responsibilities across the following areas:

- Transition of Finance Processes, Finance Operations Management, People Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Process Improvements Identification & Implementation.

- This role will report to the Head of Global Shared Services.
