- Ensure enterprise-wide adherence to service governance and risk management.
- Report service performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
Skills Requirement / Certification:
- Strategic Alignment & Visionary Leadership: Define and steer long-term service delivery strategies that align with business goals and transformation agendas.
- Financial & Operational Governance: Manage budgets, control service delivery costs, and ensure performance through SLA governance and dashboard analytics.
- Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Influence internal and external stakeholders through advanced relationship management and executive-level communication.
- Change & Transformation Leadership: Lead organizational change, process redesign, and digital transformation initiatives with a focus on innovation and adoption.
- Risk, Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure policy adherence, regulatory compliance, and audit preparedness across service operations.
- Global Service Standardization: Implement governance frameworks to harmonize service delivery across geographies and outsourced models
- Business Continuity & Resilience Planning: Design and maintain continuity frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted service.
