CTC - 70% Fixed 30% Variable

Job Summary:

The Service Delivery Head will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services to enterprise and government clients. This role will ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all cybersecurity engagements including managed security services, security operations, and consulting services.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in cybersecurity service delivery, managing large delivery teams, and ensuring the successful execution of complex security programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services for enterprise and government clients.

- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality managed security services, SOC operations, and cybersecurity consulting engagements.

- Build and manage a high-performing service delivery team, including security analysts, engineers, consultants, and program managers.

- Develop and implement service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and operational processes to ensure service excellence.

- Ensure customer satisfaction, service reliability, and adherence to contractual commitments.

- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to support solution design, transition, and onboarding of new clients.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, automation, and operational maturity.

- Monitor service performance metrics and address operational challenges proactively.

- Manage escalations and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise and government clients.

- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.

Must Have Skills:

- Strong experience in Cyber Security Service Delivery and Operations Management.

- Proven leadership in managing Security Operations Centers (SOC), Managed Security Services, or large cybersecurity delivery teams.

- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOC, Threat Detection, Incident Response, Cloud Security, and Endpoint Security.

- Experience & Exposure in AI Security & OT Security Preferred.

- Experience managing large enterprise and government cybersecurity engagements.

- Strong expertise in service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and operational governance.

- Proven ability to manage customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

- Experience building and scaling large technical delivery teams.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 18-20 years of experience in cybersecurity service delivery, IT security operations, or managed security services.

- Experience managing large cybersecurity delivery programs and enterprise client engagements.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational planning skills.

- Experience in SOC operations, threat intelligence, incident response, or cybersecurity consulting.

- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Industry Preference:

Candidates must have prior experience within the Cyber Security industry with strong exposure to service delivery, security operations, or managed security services. Profiles without relevant cybersecurity delivery experience will not be considered.
