Serosoft Solutions - Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Financial Reporting: Manage accurate financial records, perform timely reconciliations, and prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide insightful financial analysis for strategic planning and decision-making.

- Tax Compliance: Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and income tax filings, audits, and reporting. Ensure strict adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulations.

- Foreign Payments: Process international transactions, ensuring full compliance with Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations. Handle necessary filings, including Form 15CA/15CB.

- Vendor & Billing Management: Efficiently manage vendor payments, meticulously verify invoices, and oversee the accuracy of billing processes and collections.

- Payroll & Reimbursements: Process payroll accurately and on time, manage employee reimbursements, and ensure compliance with Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and other related statutory regulations.

- Budgeting & Audits: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate and manage both internal and external audits, serving as a key point of contact for auditors.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification is highly preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and payroll management roles.

- Prior work experience in the IT industry is mandatory.

- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks, and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of at least 3-4 members.

Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting.

- Strong knowledge of Taxation & Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, FEMA).

- Proficiency in Payroll & Vendor Management.

- Understanding of Cash Flow Management & Cost Control strategies.

- Advanced skills in Tally, QuickBooks & MS Excel.
