Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations for Radiology and Imaging products, including Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and X-ray systems. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge, established network with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and radiologists, and a proven track record in capital medical equipment sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of Radiology & Imaging capital equipment (Ultrasound, CT, MRI, X-ray) across assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and key decision-makers.

- Identify new business opportunities and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, installation, and after-sales support.

- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals effectively.

- Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and new technologies in the imaging sector.

- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong experience in medical equipment sales, preferably Radiology & Imaging systems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
