Business Analyst cum Scrum Master (Remote)
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst cum Scrum Master to join our fully remote team.
If you have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, a keen eye for business analysis, and strong leadership in Agile methodologies, we encourage you to apply! We're particularly interested in immediate joiners.
What You'll Do:
- Business Analysis & Requirements: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify, document, and refine business requirements.
- You'll translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvements, facilitating discussions and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Scrum Master Leadership: Lead the Scrum process, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- This includes facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Team & Stakeholder Facilitation: Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- You'll act as a key communicator, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and clear understanding.
- Project Oversight: Oversee project progress, identify and remove impediments, and ensure that the team is focused on delivering value incrementally.
- Analytical Work: Engage in continuous analytical work to support decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a combined role.
- Strong Analytical Skills and proven expertise in Business Analysis.
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid experience in Business Process analysis and documenting Business Requirements.
- In-depth familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
