Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Manager with 5 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), particularly within the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a robust SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance user engagement. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic. - Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and content structure. - Oversee technical SEO, including website audits, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals optimization. - Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, and program pages. - Build and execute an effective backlink strategy, ensuring high-quality link-building efforts. - Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. - Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge. - Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to implement SEO best practices across Hero Vired's website. - Track KPIs (organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement metrics) and prepare detailed reports for management. Requirements- : - 5 years of SEO experience, specifically in the EdTech industry. - Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. - Proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic. - Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and GA4. - In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO-friendly website structures. - Experience with website migration, page speed optimization, and mobile SEO. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. - Prior experience handling large-scale SEO projects in the EdTech domain is a plus
