Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the companys strategic plan to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and revenue streams.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide the executive team to achieve company goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and governance standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience as a CEO or senior executive in the IT infrastructure or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software reselling, and global component sourcing.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent financial, operational, and organizational management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
