Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong expertise in International Business Development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships in Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, Medical Equipment, and Aerospace Rubber domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify, develop, and execute strategies to expand business in domestic and international markets.
- Build a robust pipeline of new opportunities in Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, Medical Equipment, and Aerospace Rubber sectors.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to achieve company's revenue targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Drive negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures with clients.
International Business Expansion:
- Leverage strong global connections to secure business in international markets.
- Represent the company at global exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Develop partnerships and alliances to strengthen market penetration overseas.
Market & Sales Operations:
- Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-20 years of proven hands-on experience in Business Development in Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, Medical Equipment, Aerospace Rubber industries.
- Strong domestic and international market connections.
- Demonstrated expertise in International Sales, Global Business Development, and Key Account Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
