Position: Corporate HR Head

Company: Senwell Group Private Limited

Location: Kharadi (Corporate Office) / Kesnand-Wagholi (Factory), Pune

Reporting To: Group CEO/Managing Director


About Us:

Senwell Group is a growing business with multiple arms: IT services (Senwell Solution), Aerospace (Senwell Exports), and an ongoing Joint Venture project. We also plan to expand into Engineering Services and launch our own IT products.


What Were Looking For:

We want an experienced Corporate HR Head who can take charge of HR across our IT, Non-IT, and Manufacturing businesses. This role needs someone who can manage day-to-day HR operations but also think big bringing in new ideas, driving HR transformation, planning for the future, and making Senwell a great place to work.


Your Key Responsibilities:

- Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with the leadership team to shape HR policies that support business growth.

- Lead Recruitment: Take full ownership of hiring for IT, Non-IT, and Manufacturing roles from junior staff to senior leadership.

- Plan for the Future: Build a strong succession plan so that all key leadership positions have capable successors ready.

- Transform HR: Modernize our HR practices, bring in digital tools, and make HR more data-driven and impactful.

- Run Smooth HR Operations: Oversee payroll, compliance, wages, policies, and ensure everything is legally and ethically managed.

- Build Culture & Engagement: Create a positive workplace where people feel motivated, engaged, and supported.

- Policy & Process: Standardize HR policies across group companies while keeping flexibility for different industries.

- Lead the Team: Guide and mentor the HR, recruitment, and operations teams, ensuring they are motivated and future-ready.


What Youll Need:

- 1520 years of HR leadership experience.

- Strong exposure to both Manufacturing and IT/Non-IT industries.

- Solid experience in recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and people management.

- Proven track record in succession planning and HR transformation.

- Great communication, leadership, and team management skills.

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.


Other Details:

- Preferred Location: Pune (candidates near Kharadi or Kesnand-Wagholi preferred).

- Notice Period: 30 days or less.
