Qualification and Experience:
- MBA in finance
- Atleast 2 years of professional experience in high impact areas such as Corporate Finance, Business Valuation, Investment Banking, fund raising, founder's office
- Self-starter, ability to work independently & under ambiguity, enterprising to make an impact with his/her work, excellent Stakeholder / Project Management, attention to detail
Summary / Key Responsibilities:
To- provide support to the Director's Office in developing long-term growth strategy, conduct financial due diligence for critical projects and data analysis & insights to enable smooth running of the operations and on-time delivery of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial due diligence and risk assessment for all business cases that come to the Director's Office for approval
- Should be able to develop and/or review financial forecasting models and perform decision making basis NPV, IRR for strategic projects
- Support in inorganic initiatives: M&A activities & Fundraising Projects full cycle of deal process as per requirement. Supporting in dealing with Investment Bankers & Investor Relations
- Preparing regular business and financial benchmarking studies with competitors
- Ensure timely, data-backed quantitative and qualitative analysis along with recommendations for the Director's Office to support him in decision making (for business cases, balanced scorecards, budgets etc.)
- Analyzing financial dashboards of all departments, strategic and LRP numbers along with global teams and presenting to the Director's Office
- Responsible for identifying, assessing key risks across key markets and critical functions as part of Enterprise Risk Management and evaluate/ monitor risk mitigation plans
- Organize and coordinate for senior management team meetings, strategy meets, prepare presentations / other documents for internal communications, customer meetings and board meetings.
- Acts as a bridge for smooth communication between the Director's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management.
- Provide updates and inputs to the Director's Office on macro and industry level trends.
