About the company : Access to quality primary healthcare at affordable prices is a pronounced pain point for most of rural India. We enable the last-mile distribution of primary healthcare services by leveraging technology and a network of eClinics that make quality healthcare accessible to people in small towns and villages. We use a hybrid model to schedule appointments, provide teleconsultations, deliver medicine, address the diagnostic needs of patients, and facilitate admission for tertiary care at partner hospitals via a transparent booking model and concierge services. At present, we have partnered with 15 hospitals and three national laboratory chains and have 15 eClinics across multiple remote districts and villages of Odisha and have helped over 10,000 patients in areas where immediate medical facilities are not easily available. SCOPE OF WORK Business Planning and Execution - Driving lead generation & business performance in alignment with business plan for key verticals to deliver defined topline targets. - Enhance improvement in the overall bottom line for the department - Plan & deliver training to enhance technical capabilities of the team to ensure they are equipped to drive business with the team. Revenue generation & Team management - Responsible for leading and managing a sales team within a specific geographic region. - Training and development of the sales team - Responsible for supervision, marketing, profitability and sales, reporting, purchasing, resale pricing, inventory, service, administration, and other duties as assigned by the Circle Head. - Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal process for team as per timelines - Drive weekly reviews with team members to keep a check on overall team's performance - Support team members in delivering their responsibilities in business as usual and resolve their concerns/ challenges, if any Must Haves : - 10-12 years of experience in Senior sales role/ Zonal lead for healthcare companies - Excellent communication skills & Negotiation skills - Should have team management experience. - Planning, analytical and organizational skills - A flexible approach to work in order to adapt changes, for example in the healthcare system or product and drug formularies - Must be willing, dedicated and success oriented. - Should acquire basic knowledge of drugs and Pharma market. - Should be flexible to Travel Good To Haves : - Startup experience Or experience working in nascent markets and building them from scratch - Strong leadership values, goal orientation, being comfortable about working in a fast-paced, environment - Be highly motivated, self-driven, and open to new learnings and experiences. - Exposure to Rural markets and rural customers (preferred) Benefits : - Becoming a part of the early core team - Competitive salary - Work with colleagues from strong backgrounds & hungry to succeed
