Job Title: Senior Wealth Relationship Manager

About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Relationship Manager to join our Private Wealth vertical.
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with deep expertise in managing UHNI clients and delivering bespoke wealth management solutions.
- This is a high-impact role requiring strong relationship management skills, product expertise, and a proven track record of handling large portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with UHNI clients (Net Worth: ?5-25 Cr).
- Maintain and expand a direct AUM of ?100 Cr or more.
- Provide tailored advisory across PMS, AIFs, structured products, and other wealth solutions.
- Acquire new UHNI clients through strong networks and relationship-building.
- Deliver high-quality client servicing, ensuring long-term engagement and trust.
- Work closely with internal product, research, and investment teams to craft customized portfolios.
- Track market trends and communicate investment opportunities to clients.
- Engage and effectively manage CXOs, promoters, business owners, and high-ticket investors.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 9+ years of overall experience in wealth management or private banking.
- Minimum 5 years of continuous experience managing UHNI clients.
- Strong track record in selling PMS, AIF, and other wealth management products.
- Must be from Private Wealth verticals of Banks, NBFCs, Family Offices, or Securities firms.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio with high levels of client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong market understanding and ability to provide strategic investment guidance.
