Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with UHNI clients and SME promoters.
- Act as a trusted investment advisor, offering a full spectrum of financial products including:
Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, and more.
- Ensure client onboarding and servicing in close collaboration with product and operations teams.
- Adhere strictly to client suitability norms while recommending or referring products.
- Maintain a high level of market intelligence to guide client strategies and investment decisions.
- Manage and grow an existing book of 300 Cr+ AUM (excluding CASA).
- Drive new business acquisition and deepen wallet share through proactive cross-selling.
- Consistently deliver on asset and revenue targets.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, transparency, and ethical advisory practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in equity and wealth management products.
- Strong acumen in equity trading and financial markets.
- Commercially astute with mature negotiation and influencing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to seize new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory roles.
- Managed AUM of 300 Cr+ with a UHNI / SME client base.
- Educational background in Finance / MBA from a reputed institute (preferred).
