We are looking for a seasoned Wealth Management professional to drive estate sales for premium Branded Residences. The role focuses on leveraging strong HNI/UHNI client relationships, investment advisory expertise, and consultative selling skills to position luxury real estate as a high-value investment and lifestyle asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of branded residences and estate offerings to HNI/UHNI clients.
- Leverage existing investor networks to generate qualified leads and closures.
- Position real estate as a long-term wealth preservation and diversification asset.
- Advise clients on investment value, capital appreciation, and estate planning benefits.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from client engagement to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance) for smooth transaction execution.
- Track market trends in luxury real estate and provide insights to leadership.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, mutual funds, equities, or investment advisory.
- Proven experience handling HNI/UHNI portfolios and relationships.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- High financial acumen with an investment-first mindset.
- Ability to transition from financial products to high-value real estate sales.
