Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Wealth Manager to take charge of our India-based client book.
- This role involves managing existing high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients while driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding assets under management (AUM).
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in investment products, financial planning, and relationship management, with a proven track record in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Advisory:
- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies aligned with clients financial goals, risk appetite, and market conditions.
- Proactively monitor client portfolios, conduct periodic reviews, and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
- Ensure superior client servicing by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and providing timely market insights.
Business Growth & AUM Expansion:
- Build a robust network of referrals, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive client acquisition.
- Leverage market intelligence to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling investment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategies that enhance revenue generation.
Investment & Market Expertise:
- Stay updated with financial market trends, regulatory changes, and new investment opportunities.
- Provide insights on equity, fixed income, alternative investments, and other asset classes.
- Independently analyze and identify the right investment products to structure customized portfolios
for clients.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing client investments.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports to support compliance and audit requirements.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning.
- Proven track record of managing HNW/UHNW clients and growing AUM.
- Excellent relationship management and business development skills.
- Deep understanding of the Indian financial market, taxation, and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Relevant certifications (CFP, CFA, NISM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Detailed Review Reports for existing clients and new clients onboard.
