About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing substantial client portfolio (AUM of 20 Crore to 80 Crore). You will leverage our robust platform and extensive resources to deliver bespoke, holistic financial solutions to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Nurture Relationships: Act as the trusted financial advisor to high-net-worth individuals, fostering long-term, strategic partnerships.
- Holistic Financial Planning: Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' financial health to design and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies encompassing investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
- Portfolio Mastery: Construct, manage, and optimize sophisticated investment portfolios across equities, debt, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on asset allocation, market trends, and investment products to align with clients' goals and risk profiles.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities to acquire HNI clients and expand Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Performance & Compliance: Ensure rigorous performance monitoring of portfolios and strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A proven track record of success in a Mutual Fund sales, Securities, or Private Wealth firm.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a large HNI client book with AUM in the range of 20 Cr - 80 Cr.
- A strong hunter mindset with a proven ability to acquire, retain, and grow HNI relationships and AUM.
- Deep expertise in Mutual fund sales,Wealth Management products ,investment products, and wealth management principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
