Title : Senior Vice President & India Sales Head - Digital, Cloud , Data/AI, Cybersecurity ( for Large Enterprises & BFSI ) - IT Services & Solutions

About the Role :


We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Sales Leader to oversee and scale India business across Digital, Cloud, , Data & AI and Cyber services. This individual will own full P&L responsibility for the India market, driving profitable revenue growth across new logo sales, farming strategic accounts, leading presales, strengthening sales operations, and ensuring technical credibility with client executives (Business CxOs, CIOs, CTOs).and build a robust partner ecosystem with hyperscalers, technology OEMs, and strategic alliances. The leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our growth agenda in one of our most important global markets.

The role will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, build trusted client relationships, grow the market share in the region and strengthen the Organisations brand in India. This leader will combine strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of the Digital, Cloud , Data/AI and Cyber landscape to position our firm as a trusted partner in digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Areas :

Business Leadership & P&L Ownership :

- Lead the India business with full revenue, margin, and growth accountability.

- Develop a multi-year strategic plan for the India market aligned to global priorities in Digital, Cloud , Data/AI and Cyber.

- Build a scalable operating model that supports high growth while maintaining delivery excellence.

New Logo Acquisition :

- Drive aggressive net-new client acquisition across priority industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing and High-Tech with a special focus on expanding our footprint in the India GCC ecosystem.

- Build a structured enterprise sales engine to expand market presence and brand visibility in India.

- Create targeted go-to-market motions for our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects with solution leaders, marketing, and alliance teams.

Expand and Grow Existing Accounts :

- Strengthen relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across existing strategic accounts building long term relationships.

- Identify whitespace opportunities to cross-sell and upsell digital engineering, cloud modernization, managed services, security, and advanced analytics solutions.

- Establish account growth plans for each strategic client with clear KPIs and pipeline targets.

- Ensure strong collaboration between sales and technical presales teams.

Build Partnerships & Ecosystem :

- Develop and scale partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Digital OEMs, data platforms, ISVs, and consulting partners.

- Nurture co-selling and co-marketing motions to drive joint pipeline.

- Establish and execute on governance frameworks, partner scorecards, and joint business plans.

Talent Development and Operations :

- Build and mentor a high-performing sales, alliances, pre-sales and client partner team.

- Strengthen collaboration with delivery, solution engineering, and practice teams to ensure alignment with client needs and demonstrate thought leadership.

- Drive a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and growth mindset.

- Ensure sales discipline and pipeline rigor, driving predictable business outcomes.

- Personally lead large pursuits, CxO-level conversations, and complex deal negotiations.

- Track key metrics (pipeline velocity, win rates, client acquisition costs, revenue growth).

- Drive operational rigor and reporting for the Cybersecurity India business.

Market Intelligence & Positioning :

- Act as the face of the business in India representing the company in industry forums, analyst discussions, and customer events.

- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technology trends to refine offerings and GTM strategy.

- Partner with marketing to strengthen brand presence in India.

Educational Qualification & Experience & Skills :

- PG / MBA / BE / B.Tech with min. 20+ years of leadership experience in IT services, Digital Engineering, Cloud Transformation, or Data/AI services.

- Proven track record of building and scaling a business in India with strong revenue growth.

- Strong enterprise sales leadership experienceboth new logo acquisition and expansion.

- Demonstrated success in building and managing hyperscaler and OEM partnerships.

- Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud architectures, AI/ML, and modern data platforms.

- Strong executive presence with outstanding client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Experience managing P&L of significant scale.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable building and scaling under pressure.
