Role: Product Sales
Designation: VP / SVP
Location: New Delhi or Mumbai (with weekly travel to Delhi)
Experience: 7-12 years in Wealth Management (preferably Product or IC function)
Reporting To: Products Team (close collaboration with Delhi-based Wealth RMs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between the central product team and on-ground Wealth RMs/Advisors.
- Regularly engage with RMs, Advisors, Clients, and Family Offices to enhance awareness and understanding of investment products.
- Interact with investment managers and fund managers to stay updated on product performance, strategy, and outlook.
- Disseminate regular product updates, market insights, and investment strategies to Wealth RMs/Advisors.
- Gather continuous on-ground feedback and share actionable insights with the central product team for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with branch heads, RMs, and Advisors to drive sales and improve product penetration.
- Contribute to training sessions, product workshops, and client engagement initiatives.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, preferably in a Product Management / Investment Counselling function.
- Strong understanding of financial products across asset classes:
- Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs
- Structured Products, Fixed Income, Equities, Alternates
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with Relationship Managers to support business growth through product advisory.
- Strong analytical skills with a flair for market research and insights.
