Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Candidate should be flexible)

Job Summary:


We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President with extensive experience in program governance, transition management, and business transformationpreferably within Banking GCC or Financial Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing governance frameworks for large-scale transition programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, risk standards, and stakeholder expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


- Design and implement governance structures for transition programs, including forums, cadence, decision rights, and escalation pathways.


- Lead transition governance forums such as SteerCos, Working Groups, and status reviews to drive actionable outcomes.


- Facilitate effective communication between delivery teams, functional leads, and senior leadership.


- Monitor transition risks, dependencies, and readiness metrics; initiate resolution or escalation as required.


- Maintain a centralized view of all transitions and ensure standardized tools, trackers, and controls are adopted across workstreams.


- Collaborate with Change Management, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to policies and controls during transitions.


Essential Capabilities & Experience:


- 16+ years of experience in program governance, transition management, or business transformation.


- Strong background in Banking GCC, Financial Services, or BFSI domains.


- Deep understanding of the transition lifecycleplanning, execution, and stabilization.


- Expertise in risk frameworks, RACI models, transition playbooks, and governance artifacts.


- Proficiency in creating executive dashboards, reports, and governance documentation.


- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
