Key Responsibilities :
1. Technology Vision, Strategy & Digital Transformation :
- Define and drive the organization's long-term technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and establish a scalable technology foundation for future growth.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
2. Platform Architecture & Engineering Excellence :
- Own the overall platform architecture, ensuring scalability, interoperability, maintainability, and performance.
- Design and implement robust microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
- Drive engineering excellence through modern development practices, architectural standards, and technical governance.
3. Product Technology & Platform Development :
- Partner with Product and Business teams to translate strategic objectives into technology solutions.
- Lead the development and enhancement of platform capabilities to support evolving business requirements.
- Ensure alignment between technology investments and product roadmap priorities.
4. AI, Innovation & Emerging Technologies :
- Champion an AI-first approach across products, platforms, and internal processes.
- Drive innovation through experimentation, rapid prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and technology-led innovation.
5. Infrastructure, Security & Reliability :
- Ensure high availability, resilience, scalability, security, and performance of all technology systems.
- Establish robust infrastructure, cloud, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks.
- Drive platform readiness for large-scale adoption and population-scale usage.
6. Engineering Leadership & Talent Development :
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Develop succession planning and leadership capabilities across the technology organization.
7. Technology Governance & Operational Excellence :
- Establish engineering governance frameworks, development standards, and best practices.
- Drive process optimization, quality assurance, release management, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor technology KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure delivery excellence.
