Senior Vice President - Technology

Description: SVP Technology.

Experience: 15-20 Years.

Team Size: 25+ Leads a current team of 25+ (including Product Head, Tech Head, 7 Product, 11-12 Dev/Engg) with plans for expansion.

Location: Delhi.

Reporting to: Initially to the COO, eventually to the CEO.

Industry: Ecommerce and StartUps.

Key Ask:

- Lead platform engineering, product technology, infrastructure, DevOps and QA functions.

- Strategic architect of start up product + platform roadmap driving design, development, engineering excellence, micro-services architecture, and ecosystem enablement.

- Technological Agility: Must demonstrate a track record of successfully working with diverse and rapidly changing technologies, proving adaptability and innovation over stagnant or single-stack approaches.

Future Goals:

- Mission AI: Spearhead the development of a substantial AI/Data Science system within the "Digi Haat" platform, focused on building the organization's most extensive AI tech stack.

- Hyper-Scaling: Build and scale the platform to achieve the performance, reliability, and functionality necessary to match existing industry leaders in quick commerce and delivery.

- Talent Attraction: Lead the hiring strategy for the Technology team, attracting and securing top-tier tech professionals to rapidly expand capabilities.
