Role Overview:
The Senior Vice President / President - Sales & Marketing will provide strategic leadership and direction to the organisation, ensuring operational excellence, acquiring new clients, sustainable growth, and competitive positioning in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, enhancing client relationships, and creating value for stakeholders. This role involves managing large-scale workforce operations while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Growth:
- Develop and implement the companys strategic vision and long-term growth plans.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets, both locally and internationally.
- Lead the expansion into new service lines, geographies, and client sectors.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to position the company as a leader in workforce solutions.
- Ensure operational efficiency and drive profitability through effective P&L management.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Represent the company in industry forums and public platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage risk proactively, ensuring business continuity and mitigating any potential operational or financial threats.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a business leader or in an executive leadership role, preferably in the staffing, workforce solutions, or business services industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of leading large, complex organisations.
- In-depth knowledge of the staffing/recruitment industry, including temporary staffing, permanent placements, payroll, and HR solutions.
- Experience in managing multi-regional operations with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Strong network within the corporate sector, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships at the C-suite level.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of compliance and labour regulations, both locally and internationally.
