Job Overview :

This job role will require the incumbent to lead the Digital division of the Risk Policy function of the company by driving digital transformation initiatives within the Risk Policy Function, leveraging innovative technologies to enhance risk management practices.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and execution of the digital strategy for the Risk Policy Function, aligning with the company's overall digital transformation roadmap and risk management objectives.

- Design and implement a comprehensive digital risk policy framework, incorporating emerging digital technologies, data analytics, and AI/ML capabilities to effectively manage risks associated with digital lending and financial services.

- Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies and trends relevant to risk management, such as predictive analytics, blockchain, and automation, and lead the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance risk assessment and mitigation processes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards pertaining to digital lending and risk management, collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs teams to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Banking, Product Management, Technology, and Operations, to integrate digital risk considerations into product development, underwriting processes, and customer experience initiatives.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital risk management strategies and initiatives, and prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Experience Required (In Years) : Minimum- 15+ years in Risk Policy

Relevant- 8-9 years in BFSI

Qualification Required : MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing/Sales
