We're Looking For :
- Strong leadership experience in Quality Assurance within BFSI/Banking environment
- Proven track record of leading large QA functions across operations / customer service / lending / collections
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and global partners
- Expertise in quality frameworks, governance, audit readiness, and control environment
- Strong exposure to process excellence, transformation, and automation initiatives
- Experience leading large teams and multi-layer structures
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Quality Assurance function across multiple banking operations verticals
- Define and drive enterprise-wide quality strategy, governance, and control standards
- Partner with business leaders to improve customer experience, compliance, and operational performance
- Build robust scorecards, dashboards, and insights-led quality frameworks
- Lead calibration programs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive automation, digitization, and transformation within QA processes
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across local and global teams
- Build high-performing teams and strong leadership bench strength
