Senior Vice President - Product & Organizational Excellence

Scope of the Position:

The Senior Vice President oversees the creation and improvement of processes, policies, and documentation within the organization, also identify gaps in systems, coordinate with vendors for projects, and enhance SOPs, documents, guidelines and manage relationships with vendors for new product development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation and enhancement of organizational processes, policies, and documentation.

- Lead, mentor and motivate the team members.

- Oversee the drafting of SOPs, documents, and guidelines to ensure clarity and effectiveness.

- Identify gaps in existing systems and processes and propose improvements to address them.

- Coordinate with vendors for project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

- Ensure maintenance of relationships with vendors involved in new product development, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all created policies and procedures.

- Provide guidance and support to the team in implementing new processes and policies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Ensure collaboration with technology team & oversee seamless integration of products with FIMO.

- Develop and manage product life cycle.

- Lead development and launch of new products and services

- Drive product strategies aligned with business overall business objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and policies, making adjustments as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy in organizational processes and initiatives.

Job Specifications:

- MBA or equivalent

- Relevant experience of 12-15 years.
