Experience: 20+ Years

Experience into sustainable energy solutions, driving innovation in conversion of Municipal Solid Waste and Agricultural Waste into Biogas, Chemicals, and Ethanol (from sugarcane, rice, maize, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion technical innovation and cost optimization within the Process Department

- Identify and develop technologies for MSW & Agri-waste to Biogas/Chemicals and Ethanol production

- Review and validate Process Design Packages from technology partners

- Collaborate with Detailed Engineering contractors to convert process packages into detailed engineering documents

- Lead technical discussions with clients and technology partners

- Provide critical inputs during RFP stage, vendor evaluation, and procurement

- Support projects through detailed engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and stable operations

- Manage multiple large-scale projects and lead a high-performing team
