Senior VP Operations (Security Services) Urgent opening for Senior VP Operations , for a large Corporate in Delhi / NCR (Security Services ) Location: Gurgaon CTC: 80 - 90 lacs Exp: 10 - 12 yrs Qualification: MBA , PMP Certified Job Summary: - Responsible for effective project planning, implementation at the respective hub - Driving initiatives/projects pertaining to process improvement, quality improvement and technology/system automation etc. - Applying professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead hub project teams and control project schedule, cost and performance risks. - Responsible for retaining, growing and nurturing the Non-Strategic and also ensuring retention, attrition, PI and collections. Operations Management & Governance for all Non-Strategic Accounts: - Establish mechanism to review, monitor and track service delivery metrics across the Hubs. - Driving operations team to ensure quality of services as per defined standards / SLA's for Non-Strategic Accounts. - Ensures that Analysis and review of site wise and contracted and performed hours. - Review the growth and retention of Non-Strategic Accounts across pan India. - Review achievement of price increase, collections and receivables - Provide oversight and leadership in IR & discipline situation and participate in as needed by the Hub team - Provide support and guidance to the Hubs in case of any escalated issues. - Lead cost optimization drives for Non-Strategic Accounts - Handle any customer escalations/ operational issues and ensure the established resolution mechanism is followed. Operational Support to all events of Strategic Importance: - Process owner & responsible for implementation, review & improvement of Saturn. Also responsible attendance authorization Pan India. - Responsible for Uniform Demand supply & management. - Responsible for QRT Management for PAN India - Coordinate & Conduct Leadership Induction for BM's. - Review of MSS H&S Report forwarded to APAC Region.
