Senior Vice President - Investment Banking - Infrastructure

Looking for SVP/EVP - Investment Banking Coverage role

Location: Mumbai

BUY SIDE Experience mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Origination and execution of end to end Private Equity, M&A Deals and structured finance transactions.

- Identifying the opportunities in the Market

- In-depth understanding of Infrastructure (Roads, Power, Renewables, etc.) & Real Estate (Warehousing, data centres) sectors covering investments & financing aspects

- Business Plan Preparation - Industry Mapping / Client Mapping / Deal Sourcing / Closures

- Work closely with clients on mandated transactions, including fund raising, debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising.

- Strategizing for raising / restructuring of resources for clients.

- Making effective high pitch presentation to Companies.

- Knowledge management / Team management / Thought leadership skills in the Infrastructure sector

- Making presentations at Seminar, Industry Bodies & Associations.

- Working closely with clients on funding feasibility, financial modelling, business planning.

- Strong relationships with Promoters / Management of Corporates

- Motivating and Managing Teams to achieve business targets

- Past experience /Track record of (M&A/PE) deal closures

- Relationships with key decision-makers in the Industry including

Developers/Investors/NBFCs/AIFs

Qualification : Professional Qualifications/ Certifications : MBA (preferable) CA or equivalent with minimum 15 years of Fund Raising / Investment Banking Experience.
