Job Description:
- Oversees the management of personnel development including the identification of training needs, coordination of development initiatives and progress/effectiveness monitoring within the region
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's objectives and drive regional growth
- Partner with regional leaders to understand their business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support
- Drive talent acquisition and succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline and support regional growth
- Develop and implement performance management processes and initiatives to enhance employee performance and development
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, address areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to create and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Oversee employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers on complex employee issues
- Provides guidance to support effective HR decision-making and problem-solving
- Oversees the management of HR operations, is accountable for regional HR compliance and supports the link between regional business and global HR regarding strategic objectives and alignment of HR strategy and initiatives
- Manages the alignment of recruiting needs with subsidiaries and global HR, while being accountable for the hiring process of the region.
