Senior Vice President - Finance & Accounts - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead core finance functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Statutory Audit, and SAP implementation.

- Manage global business operations across multiple entities, ensuring consolidated reporting, compliance, and governance.

- Optimize SAP utilization, driving automation and reducing manual interventions.

- Build and implement automated dashboards, MIS, and structured reporting for senior leadership and Board visibility.

- Drive the transition from unstructured to structured finance operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance.

- Oversee treasury management, cash flow planning, and optimization of capital structures.

- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and process excellence across the finance value chain.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 18-25 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Proven experience in listed companies, with deep knowledge of global compliance, governance, and reporting requirements.

- Strong track record of scaling finance systems, automation, and process transformation.

- Hands-on expertise in SAP and enterprise financial systems.

- Experience in managing global operations and multi-entity structures.

- Industry preference: Technology, IT/ITeS, Media, Telecom, or Services.

- Strategic, execution-driven leader with the ability to partner with senior leadership and the Board.
