Senior Vice President - F&A Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end F&A operations with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R).

- Should have managed a headcount of 1000+.

- Manage strategic client relationships and executive stakeholder engagement.

- Drive effective resolution of client escalations and ensure service excellence.

- Provide leadership in controllership and governance processes.

- Lead onboarding and transition of new clients and engagements.

- Build organizational capability, develop future leaders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Drive operational transformation, productivity, and business growth.
