Job Title:- SVP, EVP - B2B Fundraising & Investor Relations

Location:- Mumbai

Department:- Fundraising & Investor Relations

Reporting To:- Chief Business Officer

Role Overview:-

The role is responsible for managing - domestic B2B fundraising and investor relations- activities. The incumbent will develop and maintain strategic relationships with distribution partners-including wealth managers, banks, national distributors (NDs), and independent financial advisors (IFAs)-to drive fundraising and business development. The role also includes investor engagement and communication to enable cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. B2B Distribution Strategy-

- Design and implement a robust B2B distribution strategy.

- Engage with wealth managers, banks, IFAs, and other financial intermediaries.

- Drive fundraising initiatives across asset classes including Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Co-investments, NCDs, and future offerings.

2. Relationship Management-

- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective distribution partners.

- Expand and enhance partnerships with wealth firms, banks, NDs, and IFAs across India.

- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the partner network.

3. Business Development-

- Leverage the firm's strong market position (4X growth in the past five years).

- Deepen penetration across B2B channels and activate new distribution partnerships.

- Expand the investor base across UHNWIs, family offices, and corporates.

4. Client Engagement-

- Conduct direct engagement with clients via one-on-one and digital meetings.

- Collaborate with partners for regular investor communication and portfolio updates.

- Strengthen client relationships to drive increased wallet share.

5. Market Research & Intelligence-

- Monitor regulatory changes, market trends, and investment opportunities.

- Provide timely market feedback and intelligence to enhance strategy and operations.

- Continuously explore new business ideas to support growth.
