Senior Vice President - Engineering - Metering

- Over 15 years of experience in Product Development and Management, successfully launching and scaling products from inception to delivery.

- Candidates with past entrepreneurial experience o r long tenures in rapidly growing companies or own ventures strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of electrical, instrumentation, electronics and embedded systems fundamentals.

- Led a function for 3-5 years at a senior level, driving product launches from conceptualization to delivery. Led engineering teams of 50+ people

- Process knowledge in implementing CMMI Level 3 and above.

- Strong client handling capabilities, with a focus on resolving escalations efficiently.

- Proven ability to build and lead teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

- Strong understanding of smart meter technologies, including both software and hardware components strongly preferred .
