Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting): Customer Service Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement the overall service strategy for the organization. - Define KPIs and drive NPS, and First Contact Resolution. - Lead call center operations (in-house/outsourced) and customer engagement channels (voice, email, chat, social media). Digital Customer Onboarding & VKYC: - Lead end-to-end VKYC process (Video Know Your Customer) for acquisition. - Coordinate with compliance and tech teams to maintain regulatory standards. - Ensure high success rates, drop-offs, and agent performance on VKYC. Customer Experience & Retention: - Map customer journeys and lead initiatives to eliminate pain points across touchpoints. - Design and execute customer feedback loops, VOC programs, and loyalty enablers. - Drive initiatives to increase card activation and usage through proactive service Applicants should possess the following attributes: - A full time MBA with minimum of 12 years' experience. - Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with decision making ability. - strong understanding of dependencies and linkages with marketing, compliance, operations, technology and sales. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Strong networking skills within the organization and across industry forum and related agencies and authorities.
