Senior Vice President - Corporate Real Estate Security & Transportation/Facilities

Job Description:

Innoquest is hiring on behalf of its client in the BPO/BPM industry for a Senior Vice President Facilities & CRE (Corporate Real Estate, Security & Transportation).

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head the Facilities & CREST function across multiple locations. The Global Head of Facilities & CREST will be responsible for the strategic management and seamless operation of all facilities-related services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and employee-centric workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee building operations, maintenance, and infrastructure management across all locations.

- Lead housekeeping, front office, travel desk, and employee transportation functions.

- Manage security operations, access control systems, and workplace safety initiatives.

- Coordinate and support client visits, corporate events, and executive engagements.

- Drive workspace planning, optimization, and corporate real estate strategies.

- Manage hotel and guest house bookings for employees and visitors.

- Ensure robust business continuity planning and facility-related risk management.

- Oversee immigration back-end support and associated administrative functions.

- Develop and implement policies, processes, and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.

- Lead large cross-functional teams while managing vendor relationships and service delivery standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Extensive leadership experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Security, Transportation, and Workplace Services.

- Strong exposure to managing multi-location operations within the BPO/BPM, ITES, or large corporate environment.

- Proven ability to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and employee experience initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
