
Senior Vice President - Compliance/Regulatory Liaisoning
Job Overview
This job role will require the incumbent to lead the Regulatory Liaison division of the Compliance function of the company by leading and supervising all regulatory engagements and partnerships on behalf of the company.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee Examination coordination and relationship management with regulators.
- Delegate facilitation and scheduling of meetings along with information sharing with the organization.
- Ensure risk mitigation due to the regulatory landscape.
- Act as the principal point of contact for regulatory entities, fostering and nurturing productive relationships.
- Effectively represent the company's interests in all interactions with regulatory authorities, maintaining transparency and integrity.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings as mandated by relevant authorities.
- Develop and implement robust documentation practices to evidence compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory updates and modifications on the company's operations and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enact necessary changes to policies, procedures, and practices in response to regulatory developments.
- Minimum- 15 years in Compliance / Regulatory Liaison in Bank / NBFC (Lending)
